How are we trained for lash extensions?
Charlotte is a licensed Esthetician and Certified lash artist. She took a two day one-on-one class learning not only the applied art of lash extensions, but the theoretical knowledge as well. 

Is it safe?
Yes, it is 100% safe when lashes are properly applied.

Does it hurt?
No, the application process does not hurt. 

How long does it take?
A full set of lash extensions takes approximately three hours to apply. Each fill is between 60-90 mins. 

How often do I have to come back?
We recommend coming back every 2-3 weeks. 

Can I wear makeup?
We ask that you plan on wearing little to no makeup for the first few hours after you have lashes applied. 

You MUST come to your appointment with clean lashes wearing no eye makeup. NO EXCEPTIONS! If we need to remove the makeup there will be an additional charge of $25.

How long do I wait before I can get them wet?
We use a nano mister for quick, even drying and setting of the lash glue, however, we recommend you wait 24 hours before getting the lashes fully wet.

If I don't like them, can I just pull them off?
No. You will need to come in to have them removed. The cost is $55.00 and the procedure takes approximately 45 mins for complete removal of lashes and all glue.

How do I prepare for a spray tan?

Be sure to exfoliate well before your spray tan. DO NOT apply lotion the day of your spray tan. It can affect the ability for the solution to absorb into your skin properly. Be sure to make all waxing appointments at least 24 hours in advance and complete any desired shaving 24-48 hours prior to your spray tan. Follow the Spray Tan Prep instructions above. 

How does it work?

Our spray tanning solution contains DHA and bronzer. When you shower, the bronzer washes and the DHA reacts with the amino acids in your skin (maillard reation) and tints it for 7-10 days.

How long will my spray tan last?

With proper care, your spray tan can last 7-10 days. Moisturizing can help tremendously. Keep in mind, prolonged exposure to water or steam via the beach, a spa/pool or sauna will fade your tan faster. Hot yoga will also cause your tan to fade quicker.

Can I work out?

Of course! But keep in mind that you cannot work out until after your soapy shower. After that working out is fine. Just know that when sweat you while wearing a sport’s bra or other tight fitting gear, you may rub lines on your tan.

Will the tan wash off in the shower?

Nope! Once you shower (at least 6-8 hours after your tan) you will see some bronzer washing off of you. That is NOT the whole tan; it’s just the initial bronzer. The DHA is what stains your skin for 7-10 days and that doesn’t wash off. But it does need time to develop.

Is spray tanning safe while pregnant?

Yes it is safe to spray tan while pregnant however we recommend you check with your doctor first to be sure. 

Do I need to wear sunscreen after spray tanning or am I protected?

YES! Spray tanning DOES NOT protect you from harmful UVA/UVB sun rays! 

Will this tan stain my sheets or clothes?

If you tan right before bedtime and you have white or light colored sheets it could. Make sure you wear long sleeves and pants to bed or change to darker sheets. Friction can cause a small amount of transfer to lighter colored clothing. If you notice that, we recommend washing the items right away to prevent any staining. 

Can spray tanning get rid of my tan lines?

Not completely. Spray tanning can only diminish your darker tan lines, not totally take them away. Lighter tan lines have a better chance of disappearing completely. Book a contouring tan to have a better chance to cover the tan lines.

What should I do after my spray tan?

Avoid water, sweating, and tight clothing until your first rinse. After rinsing, keep your skin moisturized daily to extend your results.

Do you offer spray tans for special events like weddings or prom?

Yes! Spray tans are perfect for weddings, prom, vacations, photoshoots, and more. We recommend booking 1–2 days before your event for the best results.
